At SoBe Hookah, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unused hookah products and accessories in their original box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
